History of Microplane

The people at Microplane soon saw this parallel too, and in 1994 they made their first kitchen graters. Microplane is an American company, and they do a lot of their manufacturing in-house. To keep costs down, Microplane has their products assembled in Mexico. Today, Microplane's range includes a large variety of products belonging to different collections.
