The Mandu XL is the first production pocket knife from Trollsky Knives, based on one of Michael Trollsky's handmade knives: the Mandu. It's a robust and reliable knife for everyday use. The knife is larger than the original Mandu, making it well-suited for those who prefer a slightly larger knife. The Mandu XL has a distinctive, tall blade made of steels like premium CPM MagnaCut steel or robust D2 steel. The handle is ergonomically shaped and is comfortable in use. There are different handle materials to choose from, like G10 or micarta. The Mandu XL is made by Bestech Knives, a renowned Chinese knife manufacturer based in Yangjiang, Guangdong.

Michael Trollsky started as a hobbyist, but quickly became one of Poland's best-known knife makers. He is a regular participant in international knife shows, such as Blade Show, and became known to a wider audience through his participation in the popular TV show Forged in Fire. For instance, his YouTube channel has over 200K subscribers. His passion for blacksmithing, design and sharing knowledge led to the creation of the Trollsky Knifemaking Academy. Here, he teaches new generations of knife smiths. The move to a production line came from a desire to make his signature knives available to a wider audience without compromising on quality or its vision.
