Full description
The Chris Reeve Inkosi Large Insingo is a high-end pocket knife, designed by knifemaker Chris Reeve. Inkosi means Chief in Zulu. The Inkosi is the newer incarnation of the famous Sebenza 25 model, but still has its own features. It has the same oversized pivot, as well as the extra finger cut-out in the handle. Like with the Sebenza 25, the standoff and the lanyard pin function as one at the back of the handle. The thumb stud on both sides of the blade is another shared feature. The blade is 8% thicker than that of the Sebenza 25 and has a large hollow grind. This means the blade will last even longer after sharpening, without sacrificing strength. As we commonly see in high-end pocket knives, Chris Reeve has enhanced the Inkosi with a ceramic detent ball.
