With the **Jack Wolf Knives Big Bro Jack Steel Series Black Burlap Micarta**, Benjamin Belkin of Jack Wolf Knives once again releases a stunning design with a fantastic finish. The Sleeveboard pattern of this knife owes its name to a sleeve board: a small ironing board specifically intended to help you iron small pieces of clothing, such as sleeves, trouser legs, ties and children's clothes. The Big Bro is the slightly bigger version of the Jack Wolf Little Bro.

## Jack Wolf Steel series

This version of the Jack Wolf Big Bro Jack is part of the Jack Wolf Steel Series. In terms of style, it's identical to the premium models, but the knives in this series are more affordable thanks to the clever choice of materials. For instance, stainless 14C28N steel was chosen instead of more expensive steels, and the bolsters and hardware are also made of stainless steel. The handles are made from affordable materials such as micarta. The packaging does not contain any metal, just cardboard. Despite these modifications, the knife performs almost as well as the more luxurious variants.

## Flat-ground blade made from Sandvik 14C28N steel

The blade is made from Sandvik 14C28N steel. A stainless type of steel that retains its sharpness well and is easy to sharpen. The knife has a neat flat grind, which enhances the cutting capabilities of the blade. 

## Titanium and micarta handle

The handle is made from titanium with a micarta inlay. Micarta is a composite material made from canvas and synthetic resin. The cool thing about micarta is that it forms a patina over time. This will make your knife entirely unique!

The knives are produced in China, where they manufacture every part with the utmost precision using modern production methods. Much of the work is done by hand.
