Expectations
I bought this diamond stone for tuning skis, yes skis! This specific KME GOLD diamond stone 6x1" fits perfectly Holmenkol base edge file guide that has an adjustable base, a file holder. I am in a process to get the whole kit that I found too expensive and much shorter and of a weaker quality diamond stone that I could buy from ski tuning shops. I think I made a wise decision to buy KME GOLD instead of "dedicated" ski tuning stones. At the moment I only aquired 300 and 1500 grit. 100 and 600 grit soon will follow definitely from the same shop, knives and tools.
