The **LionSteel Nano** is a compact and high-tech EDC pocket knife from Italy's renowned LionSteel. Its small size makes it ideal for everyday cutting tasks, such as opening packages.

## CPM MagnaCut blade

The blade of the LionSteel Nano is made from CPM MagnaCut. Many feel this type of steel is 'perfect'. Quite the statement. We think they have a point. It is a stainless type of tool steel. With a comparable toughness and sharpness retention of carbon steels such as CPM-CruWear, CPM-4V and Vanadis 4. The corrosion resistance is also sublime. Better than the popular stainless types of steel such as CPM S110V, CPM S45VN and Böhler M390.

## REF removable flipper

The Nano is equipped with LionSteel's famous REF (removable flipper) system. This means that you can simply remove the flipper if you don't want to use it, using the included T6 torx screwdriver. You replace the flipper by a screw to fill up the hole in the blade. The advantage of this feature is that you turn a one-handed knife into a two-handed opener, which can work in your favour depending on local knife laws, or simply your own preference. The blade opens and closes very smoothly through the use of IKBS ball bearings and locks by means of a framelock fitted with a hardened steel insert.

## FatCarbon handle

The scale on the show side is made from colourful carbon fibre from Fatcarbon. It is lightweight and is famous for its strength and its grippy texture. The lock side is made from titanium. Both the lock side and the blade have a blackwashed finish.
