The **Medford Praetorian Slim** is a very slim version of the most famous pocket knife produced by Medford Knives. You can clearly see the characteristic shapes of the Praetorian, but in a more EDC-friendly edition. 100% made in the United States, from American materials, by a veteran-run company. This version features a titanium handle with a steampunk finish.

The slim CPM S35VN steel blade has a hand-sharpened hollow grind. This is a unique feature: only few producers apply a hollow grind by hand. With the thumb slot you can easily open the blade. At first this might take some getting used to. When opened, a solid framelock keeps the blade securely in place. Medford pressed the stop-pin in the blade. As a result, it symmetrically leans against the handle. This adds strength. The knife also contains a lockbar stabilizer that prevents the framelock from overstretching.

CPM S45VN is a premium, stainless type of steel. For years this has been one of the most popular types of steel on the market. For a stainless steel, it is fairly tough and relatively easy to sharpen. A special detail is the glass breaker on the spine of the blade.

Each Medford knife is made by hand by talented knife makers. Individual differences therefore occur and make each knife unique.
