The Naniwa Chocera Pro sharpening stone grain 600 is a sharpening stone that will help you sharpen knives that have lost their sharpness. Grain 600 is coarse enough to quickly remove material and restore the edge of a blunt knife, but not coarse enough to restore a damaged edge. For it you need a coarser sharpening stone.
