The Suncraft Senzo Black BD-08 bunka chef's knife 16.5 cm has a kengata-style blade. This stands for 'sword-like' and refers to the sudden sharply sloping end of the blade. The knife is a member of the santoku family. Perfect for cutting vegetables, meat and fish. The pointed tip makes precise cutting tasks that little bit easier than with a classic santoku.
