Victorinox Kitchen 7.4123 cutting board, 44.5 cm x 33 cm

The Victorinox Kitchen cutting board is a large cutting board measuring 44.5 cm wide and 33 cm long. The cutting board is made from Richlite. A material that consists of a combination of 65% FSC-certified wood pulp and 35% phenolic resin. The result is a thin cutting board with a smooth, non-porous, heat-proof, BPA-free and hygienic surface. The material is soft enough to not affect the sharpness of the blade, but hard enough to prevent deep scratches.
