Je ne connais rien à la coutellerie et par conséquent, n'ai pas un avis d'expert sur la question. Le produit est incomparable avec les couteaux de grande surface, même les couteaux à 15€ l'unité ne sont pas aussi bon. Ca coupe très bien, et le produit est agréable en main, équilibré et sans défaut esthétiques. Ca respire la qualité et le travail soigné. Je me suis dirigé vers cette marque en glanant des informations sur des forums spécialisés en cuisine.
