Meet the **Zero Tolerance 0545 Factory Special Series, Blue Carbon Fiber**. It's an even more special version of an already special pocket knife. This version has a blue carbon fibre handle, a blue anodised titanium pivot screw, black oxidised hardware and a black Cerakote pocket clip. The titanium frame-lock side with working finish has remained the same. This version is only sold by a handful of dealers, and we are glad we managed to get hold of some. Act quickly, these pocket knives are only available while stocks last!

## Zero Tolerance 0545

The 0545 is a lightweight pocket knife that will be your loyal companion at work, formal occasions and everything in between. This knife owes its light weight to its slim shape and a handle made of titanium and carbon fibre. Still, the Zero Tolerance 0545 is also more than suitable for serious cutting tasks thanks to its 2.2 mm blade made of super-hard MagnaCut steel. With the 0545, Zero Tolerance has once again launched an impressive EDC pocket knife that will exceed your expectations.

## Zero Tolerance 0545 blade

The blade is made from CPM MagnaCut steel. This steel type is famous for its superior properties. It offers an excellent level of hardness and incredible sharpness retention. In short: MagnaCut steel makes for a durable and sharp edge. It's the perfect steel type for demanding tasks. You quickly open the full-flat blade with the flipper. KVT ball bearings ensure that the blade moves smoothly. Once opened, a frame lock holds the blade firmly in place.

## Zero Tolerance 0545 handle

The sleek design of the handle is accentuated by the deep-carry pocket clip that attaches to the blade without visible screws. Yet the pocket clip is reversible if you prefer to carry the knife in your left pocket! 

The titanium side of the handle has a so-called 'working finish'. It makes it look like you've been carrying the knife for years! Not only does it give it a tough look, it also makes you less likely to see other scratches. The other side of the handle is made of carbon fibre.
