Ontario RAT pocket knives: blade and handle

Most Ontario pocket knives are made of AUS-8 or D2 steel. The blade has a classic droppoint shape. Pointed enough for packages, enough belly to cut things on a base and a flat part to peel an apple. The pocket knife is easy to open with the double thumb stud. Once opened the blade is locked by a solid linerlock. This means the pocket knife will never close unintentionally during use. The top of the blade has ridges for additional thumb grip.
